Compatible network accessories for business customers: AddOn Networks and KOMSA enter into sales partnership

The partnership will see KOMSA expand its network range with complementary connectivity products from AddOn Networks. KOMSA’s trading partners and their business customers will also benefit from extended warranty periods and German-language support from KOMSA's Technical Assistance Centre.

Technical service and customer support in the event of a fault is also provided by the Technical Assistance Centre, enabling customers and partners to have very complex problems and malfunctions explained and rectified in their native language. In addition, KOMSA makes it possible to exchange defective devices quickly and offers training courses on the products at the KOMSA Academy on request.
