(AgraFlora or the Company) (CSE: AGRA) (Frankfurt: PU31) (OTCPK: AGFAF), a growth oriented and diversified international cannabis company, announces that the Company has elected not to proceed with its proposed takeover bid of Eviana Health Corporation (Eviana) due to:
- Increased regulatory and operational uncertainty; and,
- The continued divestments of core assets by Eviana.
