INCA Conference’s Tech Showcase agenda finalised with holistic approach to full-fibre deployment
Tech Showcase feature billed as an “essential opportunity” to hear from the latest in optimal network technology
(firmenpresse) - London, UK, 3 October 2019 – At Tech Showcase this year, one of the most popular sessions of the Independent Network Co-operative Association’s (INCA) Annual Conference, attendees will hear from leading operators and suppliers as they discuss the best approaches to delivering full-fibre and wireless networks.
As network operators prepare to deliver on the promises made by the government to achieve full-fibre coverage across the UK by 2025, Tech Showcase will discuss the best and latest approaches to designing, building, and the operation of new full-fibre and wireless networks.
On day one of the INCA Conference, hosted on 16th and 17th October at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel, the Tech Showcase agenda, curated by INCA Chair Rob Leenderts and Pete Rothy of Mills Ltd., will feature talks on topics including ‘Strategic Planning of FTTH’, ‘Fibre Innovations’ and ‘5G & mmWave Solutions’, as well as discussions around Automation, OSS/BSS and Wholesale.
“Tech Showcase is a noted favourite of attendees to the INCA Conference and is appreciated for its scope, encompassing the full journey of fibre and wireless deployment, and its content-rich discussions, which explore the practical and technical aspects of internet networks,” said Rob Leenderts, Chair at INCA. “This year, Tech Showcase promises to be especially topical as network operators and suppliers gear-up to deliver on the government’s ambitious full-fibre targets, which, to succeed, require the very best in industry practices and innovation.”
The session, ideal for people involved in the practicalities of designing, developing, and commissioning networks as well as asset mapping, purchasing and contract management, will feature speakers including government representatives and figures from the independent network sector.
Speakers confirmed for Tech Showcase come from companies and organisations including the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), ESRI, Flomatik, ECI Telecom, Voneus, Blu Wireless, Radwin, Real Wireless, Corning, Mills, Obelisk, Geopal, NetAdmin, and Digpro. Mike Locke and Rob Leenderts of INCA will also speak.
