Advisory Firm Avonhurst Hires New Head of Network Relationships
• Innovative law firm continues expansion; new hire of former Ropes & Gray manager
(firmenpresse) - LONDON – Advisory law firm Avonhurst today announced it will be joined by a new Head of Network Relationships, Dutch lawyer Carolina Daubeney-Bruil. This marks the fifth high level hire since the firm launched just over two months ago.
Daubeney-Bruil has spent the last four years working as International Law Firm Relationship Manager at Ropes & Gray’s London office, primarily focusing on Europe. Previous to that, she was a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance in the project finance group, and an Advocaat in the Amsterdam office of Baker & Mackenzie, specialising in property investment and development.
Avonhurst, which launched in London in July, is a mould-breaking advisory firm founded by leading figures in the capital markets, banking and finance and real estate sectors. It was created to meet the changing needs of sophisticated capital by providing a bespoke offering comprising legal, legislative / political risk advisory and capital services.
The firm concentrates on offering core legal services covering banking and finance, restructuring, high yield capital markets, corporate, real estate, financial regulatory and tax. Other legal advice such as IP, litigation and employment, is accessed from best friend firms, and Daubeney-Bruil’s role will include managing relationships with these firms nationally and abroad. The new arrival is the fifth high level hire since the firm’s launch, following that of partners Ian Frost, James Wyatt, Emmanuel Amos and Marco Crosignani.
