ICP Deutschland launches the high-performance EPIC embedded board NANO-ULT5 with Intel
The NANO-ULT5 board is offered in one variation with Celeronorts of the second generation with a max. transfer rate of 10GBits/s. In addition to the two Intel GbE interfaces, two USB2.0, two RS-232, one RS-422/485 and eight digital IO are available.
The NANO-ULT5 offers two SATA-6G and M.2 2280 interfaces with M key as connections for storage media. For expansion with optional add-on cards, an M.2 2230 with A key and a Mini PCIe slot with SIM card holder have also been integrated. With the optional TPM 2.0 module, the system can be given the necessary security.
The proven heat spreader cooling concept offers system integrators a simple way to realize passive cooled systems.
