The Board of A-Cap Energy Limited (A-Cap or the Company) are pleased to advise that an application to dual-list on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange has been approved. The Companys shares are tradeable under the ticker code VUT.
The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is one of the largest exchanges in the world and the most important securities market in continental Europe. The dual-listing will support A-Caps European strategic collaborations in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, capital raising, market making activities and introducing new shareholders into the Companys share registry.
The Frankfurt Stock Exchange recognises A-Caps primary listing on the ASX as an approved like exchange, as such the dual listing was possible without primary listing procedures and was completed at minimal cost.
A-Cap has also engaged DGWA - the German Institute for Asset and Equity Allocation and Valuation - GmbH (DGWA), a leading European investment banking boutique based in Frankfurt and Berlin, Germany. DGWAs focus is serving international small and mid-cap companies to list, position, represent and raise capital in the German speaking financial markets (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein) that combine to represent the largest pool of investors and financial institutions in Europe - the second most important financial markets area in the world.
DGWAs management team have a 25-year track record in trading, investing and analysing SMEs around the world and has been involved in over 250 IPOs, financings, bond issues, dual listings and corporate finance transactions, as well as corresponding road shows and awareness campaigns.
DGWA will collaborate with A-Cap in attracting investment and capital raising opportunities from the European financial markets, investor relations activities, as well as strategic collaborations in the European electric vehicle (EV) industry.
