compliant with German calibration law from our partners ebee and Wirelane
(PresseBox) - Solutions compliant with German calibration law are to provide clarity when charging electric vehicles and ensure kWh-accurate billing. This was the aim of the S.A.F.E Initiative, which was founded by the Physikalisch Technischen Bundesanstalt (PTB, National Metrology Institute of Germany). By receiving the type examination certificate, the manufacturers of charging points can ensure billing in compliance with German calibration law.
Two of our partners, the two start-ups ebee smart technologies GmbH from Berlin and the Wirelane GmbH from Munich have been awarded the type examination certificate and are now compliant with German calibration law.
Both companies have installed the Bender Charge Controller CC612 in their charging stations, which in combination with the energy meter developed by EMH and the corresponding transparency software forms the basis for compliance with German calibration law.
With its intelligent CC612 charge controller, Bender provides the basis for an AC charging station or wallbox that not only stands out for economic efficiency und safety, but now also enables a charging infrastructure to be set up in compliance with German calibration law.
