Calnex Solutions acquires Luceo Technologies GmbH
(firmenpresse) - LINLITHGOW, SCOTLAND, 15th May 2019 – Calnex Solutions today announced the acquisition of Luceo Technologies GmbH headquartered in Berlin, Germany. This is the second acquisition Calnex has closed in the last 15 months. The acquisition, which is for an undisclosed amount, increases the Calnex product line to include Luceo’s range of High Speed Component testers complementing Calnex’s existing portfolio of Synchronisation testers and Network Emulators.
Luceo Technologies supplies the XBERT and ParalleX multi-channel BERTs supporting interface rates up to 28Gb/s in the latest 4x28G BERT for 100GbE applications. The Luceo products are used in a wide variety of telecommunications applications including Fibre Channel, Infiniband, Optical Component testing (QSFP, CFP, CXP, AOC) etc.
