Part of the world’s largest women in tech event series, Women of Silicon Roundabout is a unique networking and educational event for women in UK tech. A vibrant event attracting over 6,000 delegates, this year sponsors include Amazon, Capgemini, Google, KPMG, Microsoft, Oracle, YouTube and LexisNexis sister company Elsevier. The Roundabout attracts premier speakers and industry experts from global heavyweights like BT, Barclays, DAZN, DELL, IBM and some of the UK’s most impressive tech start-ups. All with the common goal to educate and inspire.

LexisNexis will be on an exhibition stand in the delegate networking area. In addition, on Day 1 at 14:40 – 15:10, LexisNexis will be delivering a session in the ‘Evolution of Work’ stream for delegates. Jennifer Hague, Senior HRBP, will discuss how LexisNexis has built a practical path for career change across the business – taking people from a diverse range of backgrounds into Software Development. Critical to that development has been the building of a culture dedicated to learning and growth which actively promotes inclusion. The commitment to reaching the most diverse range of backgrounds for career changers has also helped foster a more innovative and flexible approach to education.
