The ISO17025 accredited laboratory is now offering weekend analysis to further meet customer requirements for efficient and reliable results.
These additional demands are being aided by the Tentamus customer portal which is currently being rolled out to QTS customers and has offered a range of benefits including:
Improved sample registration process, providing seamless integration between customers input and the LIMS2 system.
Customer export of important information, readily available access to sample reports, Invoices and more
The support from the wider Tentamus network both within the UK and the wider world enables QTS to provide customers with a wider range of expertise and solutions and the team will be hoping to continue the success story as it navigates 2019 and beyond.
