Corpus Christi health insurance consumers face uncertainty as a new US District court rules the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional due to individual mandate over-reach.

The challenge of the ruling, according to many healthcare professionals, is that it creates an environment of confusion and uncertainty about the future of the law.
