Colorado based real estate education service released a new report and announced an upcoming video that defines the responsibilities of agents in real estate transactions.

The buyer has an obligation to prove that they are a committed and capable buyer. These papers will help agents negotiate the best deal for their buyer clients. On the other hand, the seller''s task is to provide the necessary documents related to the home''s contract, title, and ownership of the home.
The buyer has an obligation to be transparent and honest with his or her agent. The report outlines that buyers should be upfront in revealing what exactly they''re looking for so the agent will have detailed information on what kind of homes will match their criteria.
Home inspections can be a good strategy not only for buyers, but also for sellers before they put their home on the market. This helps them be prepared for when the buyers attend home visits at which time they will personally see both the positive and negative aspects of the house. Inspections allow both sides to discuss the terms of the agreement. A discussion ensues between seller and buyer to determine how much each side is willing to spend on repairs.
