Acquisition of ANALYTIKUM Umweltlabor GmbH: GBA Group Expands its Laboratory Network in Saxony-Anhalt
(PresseBox) - Effective immediately, ANALYTIKUM Umweltlabor GmbH (ANALYTIKUM), located in Merseburg, will be enhancing the business activities of the GBA Group in the environmental sector. With this acquisition, the GBA Group strengthens its presence in the important regions of Saxony-Anhalt and Saxony, thus completing a significant step towards offering environmental analysis locally in each major region of Germany.
ANALYTIKUM Umweltlabor GmbH is one of the leading companies for water and soil testing in this region. It provides analysis along with support and monitoring for redevelopment projects and demolition. Furthermore, the laboratory carries out testing on water supplies and in the field of waste management, especially for the construction, operation, and decommissioning of landfill sites.
