(firmenpresse) - Its that time of year again and to celebrate, CE Catford proudly announces its upcoming Hiphop & Urban Nativity concert, presenting the classic Christmas story in an entirely new and contemporary way.
The concert will be taking place at 6pm on Saturday, 22nd of December 2018 at Prendergast Hilly Fields, Adelaide Avenue, London SE4 1LE.
Admission is Free and all are Welcome!
Christmas is fast approaching and its a merry and joyous time of the year, with families coming together to exchange warmth, hugs and gifts. Christmas lights are decorating our city streets with eager children and schools putting their traditional nativity plays together. Carols can be heard heard all over, just like youve experienced year after year, however, this time, CE Catford is turning up the festive spirit a few notches with a unique twist.
In an era when so much negativity is associated with urban styles; where rap music for instance, is considered synonymous with drugs, guns, violence, and plain idiocy, this daring group has turned it all around with the most positive message of all with bags of entertainment, enjoyment, fun, and celebration.
The Hiphop & Urban Nativity concert promises to deliver holiday cheer in a wholly fresh way prepare for traditional carols and drama infused with rap, pop, dance hall, afrobeat, and other urban tones. It is the traditional Christmas story re-imagined!
From 6PM on Saturday the 22nd of December, this live event will warm you with the spirit of the season. Join us at Prendergast Hilly Fields, Ladywell London.
