Solon Management Consulting opens new office in Milan with Emil Arnell as Managing Director
(PresseBox) - Solon Management Consulting is delighted to announce the launch of a new office in Milan in January 2019.
Emil Arnell will join Solon as Managing Director at the beginning of next year and lead our operations in Milan. He has over a decade of experience in the local Italian TMT market and has led advisory work on numerous high-profile Italian transactions as well as strategic and regulatory assignments. Emil also brings a wealth of global TMT know-how.
Emil will be supported by Federico Torri who will also join Solon as a Principal in Milan in January 2019. He brings over 10 years of consulting experience in the local and global TMT sector, spanning transactions, strategy and regulatory projects.
The decision to expand Solon?s presence in Europe reflects the company?s business growth strategy. The Italian TMT market is undergoing a structural transformation on both the infrastructure and the retail sides. It is characterized by a remarkable potential for further sales/consolidation of towers, the investments in fibre and network separation/consolidation, the optimal deployment of 5G and the set-up of related business models, the commercialization of convergent digital and cloud-based services to consumers and businesses.
