Wheels For Wishes was honored for the donation of $1 million by Make-A-Wish naming the entrance of the building the Wheels For Wishes Reception and Welcome Area, as well as being included on their Wall of Stars. Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America has granted hundreds of thousands of wishes to children dealing with critical illnesses. Wheels For Wishes has been supporting the leading childrens wish granting organization since their start in 2010. Over 6,000 wishes have been granted from Wheels For Wishes donations alone and that trend is not slowing down any time soon. Every 34 minutes Make-A-Wish grants a wish to a child dealing with critical illness and Wheels For Wishes hopes to bring that number down even lower.
