[According to the San Bernardino Sun](https://www.sbsun.com/2018/02/14/fiery-big-rig-car-crash-triggers-sigalert-on-northbound-215-freeway-near-colton/), on February 14, 2018, a fiery crash involving four vehicles - including a tractor trailer - shut down the northbound 215 Freeway in Colton for several hours. At approximately 7 p.m., the tractor trailer and a passenger vehicle collided near La Cadena Drive. The crash caused the tractor trailer to jackknife on the 215 Freeway at the railroad overcrossing. The Sun further reported that the trailer became fully engulfed and one of the other vehicles caught fire as well.
Although [CBS local news reported](https://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2018/02/14/215-freeway-big-rig-crash/) that everyone was able to get out of the vehicles before they caught on fire, it does not mean that they were not injured. The news article further reports that the accident happened underneath a train trestle. But it did not appear that the trestle was badly damaged.
Truck accidents can be a disaster because the massive size of a truck can cause serious injuries to the driver and passengers of smaller vehicles it collides into, said Habbas. We will work tirelessly to bring truck accidents victims to justice.
