We are pleased to announce the acquisition of eyevis and Teracue by Leyard, the world leader in visualization products.
(firmenpresse) - Founded in 1995, the Leyard Group is the global leader in the design, production, distribution, and servicing of digital displays, video walls, and solutions for personalization and lighting systems and visualization products. The group serves global clients and holds over 300 patents in display technology. Leyard is the market leader in LED display and fine pitch LED market with indoor, outdoor, fixed and variable solutions.
Through the acquisition, Leyard expands its product portfolio with the IPTV segment and at the same time enables Teracue to sustainably expand its market position. In order to achieve healthy growth, the further and new development of the innovative Teracue products will be promoted. Through this strategic step, the Teracue gains a partner who has her back for a successful future.

Under the name "inPhase Fernseh-Studiotechnik" the company was founded in 1991 as a German distributor for the broadcast products of Harris, formerly Leitch and Videotek.
