HUBER+SUHNER drives E-Mobility solutions forward at EV Tech Expo 2018
It will showcase its state-of-the-art ultra-fast RADOX(R) HPC High Power Charging system alongside its antenna solution for autonomous driving

The state-of-the-art RADOX(R) HPC (High Power Charging System) for electric vehicles allows to increase the power-throughput of a charging cable to 500 kW and so grants fast and effective charging
"Currently, charging times are lengthy and disruptive for everyday life. Many charging spots offer an average output of 7-50 kW, with full charging taking more than three hours. But with our HPC cable offering, charging currents of up to 500 kW are possible and take as little as 15 minutes," said Max Goldi, market manager HPC at HUBER+SUHNER. "The RADOX(R) HPC is designed to be fast-charging, light-weight and easy to handle making it the go-to product for electric vehicle drivers to turn to and the Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo Europe is the perfect place to showcase our EV solutions."
Also on display will be the high voltage distribution unit (HVDU) and the RADOX(R) automotive connection system (RACS) 2nd generation. The HVDU is fully customisable and assures power distribution between all high voltage components within every electric vehicle, land, water or air - even in demanding and harsh environments such as snow ploughs, street sweepers and trucks. Another innovative technology at the show will be the injection moulded radar antennas for autonomous driving. With a conformal antenna design and low loss distribution network, the antenna is perfectly positioned to aid the rollout to autonomous vehicles. HUBER+SUHNER will showcase a live demonstration of this technology directly at the booth.
Max Goldi, Market Manager HPC at HUBER+SUHNER, will present a demo of the RADOX(R) HPC high power charging system on 15 May at 3pm local time at booth 382.
