For 20 years, Hermes printing systems have been popular in all kinds of industries, trading and service businesses. Two-color marking compliant to GHS regulations
When GHS had been introduced as a globally unique system to classify and label chemicals and the regulations came into force in accordance with European law, the thermal transfer printers of the XC series were the first to enable two-color label printing in one operation. This means that users have no longer to provide a large amount of pre-printed labels on stock. An automatic saving function significantly reduces material consumption in the matters of expensive thermal transfer ribbons used as a spot color. The counterpart of the XC series in fully automatic labeling is Hermes C. All kinds of containers, such as bottles, cans, drums, cardboard or pallets can be labeled. Due to the integrated backfeed system, single labels can be printed and applied on request without loss of labels. The system was honored the German Packaging Award.
