Qvantel and Wind Tre sign partnership on Digital Transformation

Rome, Italy and Helsinki, Finland February 26th, 2018 - Qvantel, a pioneer in the field of cloud-based telecom Business Support System (BSS) solutions and services, today announced that it has been selected by Wind Tre, a top Italian mobile operator, as their digital transformation partner.
Qvantel will provide Wind Tre an important part of the BSS stack, over a 6 year period, including CRM and omni-channel systems. Qvantel will provide managed services (Qvantel BSS as a Service) for the systems they supply, delivering business process automation and giving numerous benefits to Wind, 3 and Wind Tre Business customers. With the Qvantel solution, Wind Tre will be able to provide a state of the art digital offering and ensure the best customer experience in the use of online channels. At the same time, the new IT stack will allow to simplify business processes, making them smarter and more efficient.
