The announcement sees Ian Taylor join as Business Development Director, Pinder Kang join as Sector Director of Network Operators and John Chester join as Commercial Director. The appointments come during a strong period of growth for SSE Enterprise Telecoms eliver high capacity connectivity across the UK.
As Business Development Director, Ian Taylor is responsible for driving increased market awareness and sales across the business to deliver the ambitious growth targets in the company& Wireless, as well as in a variety of senior commercial roles with Siemens, ultimately where he headed up an expansive IT outsourcing operation.
Commenting on his appointment Ian added:
Pinder Kang is appointed Sector Director for Network Operators. Prior to SSE Enterprise Telecoms, he worked for four of the top six tier one contractors in the UK, with notable periods at Balfour Beatty, Amey and Galliford Try. Not to mention overseas experience in Qatar working on the infrastructure transformation of the country on projects such as Doha Metro, Lusail Smart City and securing three of the FIFA 2022 Stadium Projects for a Qatar based Architectural Practice. As Commercial Director, John Chester is tasked with ensuring SSE Enterprise Telecoms continues to build on its reputation of service excellence, securing SSE Enterprise Telecomsant, John joins following a 20-year senior commercial career at several private equity and PLC businesses spanning infrastructure investments, IT managed services, outsourced services and engineering where he focused on major commercial bids.
