In support of the transaction, Natural Power provided extensive due diligence services for both pre-construction and post construction phases covering the full scope. Natural Power has previously delivered due diligence services to Airvolution for Wythegill, East Youlstone, Potato Pot, Mossmorran, Middle Balbeggie, Airfield and Red Gap Moor onshore wind farms
Last month, Airvolution announced an exciting joint development partnership with the largest renewable energy generator in Europe, Statkraft. Through the partnership, Airvolution Clean Energy will source, develop and acquire more than 300MW of wind projects in the UK.
