Innovativ Media (INMG) Acquires localcannabisdispensary.com for CannaNet.TV
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/13/17 -- Innovativ Media Group, Inc. (OTC PINK: INMG) ("Company"), a multi-media content producer and distributor, today announced that it has acquired , an ad supported and subscription based directory and search engine for over 500 cannabis dispensaries and stores, which will be exclusively available on CannaNet.TV scheduled to launch on November 28, 2017.
The Company acquired the business from Total Sports Media, Inc. in exchange for the issuance of restricted shares of the Company''s common stock.
