Start the New Season with the BMZ Training Academy for E-Bike Retailers
(PresseBox) - The BMZ Training Academy will launch in January 2018, offering multiple training courses for E-bike retailers. During a one-day training session at the BMZ Group International Headquarters in Karlstein a.M., specialists will train interested participants on the BMZ Drive System open system solution.
In addition to an introduction to BMZ Drive Systems and an overview of all components - including the motor, display, and lithium ion battery, the training will also include an easy to understand theoretical section on lithium ion technology. An expert from Batteryuniversity GmbH, also headquartered in Karlstein a.M., will explain the construction and function of the E-bike battery. Lithium ion batteries require special handling precautions, which will be explained by BMZ specialists.
Retailers will learn about the warranty process and complaint handling in the Customer Service section. Finally, the practical component of the training will involve a presentation of BMZ Service Tools and how to exchange the belt in the Brose motor installed in the BMZ Drive System.
