Apolo Acquisition Corp. Completes Private Placement Offering
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/25/17 -- Apolo Acquisition Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ACA.P) is pleased to announce that it completed a non-brokered private placement offering of 3,250,000 common shares in the capital of the Corporation (the "Common Shares") at a price of $0.10 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $325,000 (the "Offering"). Following the closing of the Offering, a total of 11,650,000 Common Shares are issued and outstanding, of which 3,400,000 are currently held in escrow pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange").
The net proceeds of the Offering, together with the proceeds from prior sales of Common Shares, will be used by the Corporation to identify and evaluate assets or businesses for acquisition with a view to completing a "Qualifying Transaction" under the Exchange''s capital pool company program.
The Common Shares issued under the Offering are subject to a hold period expiring on February 26, 2018.
