Evaluated against 35 criteria, grouped into three high-level buckets – Current Offering, Strategy, and Market Presence, Forrester identified eight most significant SaaS HR Management System providers, and recognized Ramco as looking to “gain momentum as a multinational HR solution provider.”
According to the report, the total size of the HR management software market (including HRMS, talent suites, and point solutions in all deployment models) is expected to be $21 billion in 2017 and grow by 14% to $24 billion in 2018.
