GBTEC?s New Corporate Headquarters Blends Company Philosophy with Architecture

The Bochum company, a specialist in Business Process Management (BPM) and the manufacturer of the BIC BPM Suite, has been enjoying rapid growth over the past several years, including a continual increase in personnel. The company?s headquarters in Bochum currently employs a staff of nearly one hundred, and the growth trend shows no signs of slowing.
To create optimal working conditions for its employees as well as to ensure sufficient space for further expansion, GBTEC AG had new facilities built. Within fourteen months, a new corporate headquarters, nearly 3,000 square meters in size, was erected on the ?Gesundheitscampus Bochum? (Bochum Health Campus). The new building, which cost 7.5 million euros, is distinguished both within and without by its clean, modern architecture. The floors on which the offices are located are bright and generously designed, supporting the company?s communicative and transparent work concept. On every floor, there are open areas for agile work, helping to inspire team creativity and collaboration. At the same time, quiet offices provide a space for concentrated work. As a healthy balance to the everyday work routine, employees can take advantage of the in-house fitness center and a soccer pitch. GBTEC?s choice of architecture is a conscious reflection of its corporate culture: the promotion of innovative thinking and teamwork.
