At the EMO 2017 Hanover, the world's leading trade fair for metalworking tools, heimatec, the manufacturer of precision tools, presents five new product range. From this trend-setting trade fair heimatec.CyberCon4, the digital tool management system stands out as the most spectacular. heimatec highlight and will be presented on the 65-square-meter stand C 84 in Hall 5.

To meet this demand, heimatec, a world-leading manufacturer of high-precision static and driven precision tools for lathes and machining centers, is presenting five innovations at this year''s EMO.
Especially for longitudinal turning lathes, heimatec.SwissTooling now offers a completely new tool program. Optimized to the required machine parameters, users can install this standard tool program from heimatec and receive the same optimum result.
Users of BIG KAISER Fine Boring Heads can now use a comprehensive adaptation solution from heimatec, heimatec.u-tec CKB adapters are available, for all standard BIG KAISER tool sizes which can be used in conjunction with the universal u-tec exchange system for high-precision machining on lathes.
With heimatec.Skiving, heimatec has developed a new tool family for gear cutting on turning centers, which allows high-quality internal and external toothing as well as oblique and straight gearings. The process at least three time as faster as with the commercially available machining methods.
heimatec.Capto ™ is a modular quick-change tool system that increases the efficiency of set-up and too changing time. heimatec.Capto ™ is extremely flexible and offers a wide modularity as well as a high availability of the change-over inserts on lathes as well as machining centers.
Process optimization through digitization is now also possible when using driven tools. With the new sensor system heimatec.CyberCon4 various tool parameters such as rpm, temperature or humidity can be recorded and maintenance of cycles can be optimally controlled.
