Vintners Cellar Ottawa launched in 1993 and prides itself on creating beautiful and high quality wines, and the new process will help to improve their range.

Vintners Cellar began it''s journey nearly two decades ago, when it operated as a small retail wine kit and accessory store in London, Ontario. From there, it became one of the first kit stores to offer it''s clients the chance to experience being a vintner on location.
This offered customers the new experience of being able to be their own wine maker, creating quality wines and enjoying all the benefits of being their own producer at an affordable price.
Since then, the company has become international, and has locations all over Ontario, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan, and several U.S. locations.
Now there are over 60 wine varieties available through the Ottawa wine experts, who pride themselves on their high quality white''s and red wines and on the friendly, reliable helpful service that customers can expect when they visit.
Customers can order the wines they would like, and then return in six to eight weeks to the clean and modern facility, where they can fill and cork their own wine bottles, enjoying the ultimate wine making experience.
The wine making process consists of 10 steps that Vintners Cellar goes through in order to provide the best quality for it''s customers. The customer themselves go through three steps to get their batch ready, including selecting the wine, which is matched to their taste, and adding yeast.
Then, six weeks later, the customer is able to come back to bottle their wine, safe in the knowledge that the Ottawa winemaker will take care of the rest.
