Dundee Energy Limited Common Shares to Be Delisted September 11, 2017
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/08/17 -- Dundee Energy Limited ("Dundee Energy" or the "Corporation") today announced that further to its press release dated August 11, 2017, as a result of the delisting review conducted by the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"), the common shares of the Corporation will be delisted from the TSX at the close of markets on September 11, 2017. Until the reorganization proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act involving wholly owned entities of the Corporation (as announced August 15, 2017) are concluded, the Corporation does not intend to apply to list the common shares of the Corporation on another Canadian stock exchange.
