Dundee Precious Metals Announces Appointment of Jonathan Goodman as Chair

(TSX: DPM) ("DPM" or the "Company") has announced that its board of directors has appointed Jonathan Goodman as Chair of the board, effective today, as his current role as Executive Chairman is no longer necessary.
