Newstrike Releases Interim Financial Results for Period Ended June 30, 2017

(TSX VENTURE: HIP) ("Newstrike" or the "Company") filed its unaudited Financial Statements and Management''s Discussion & Analysis (collectively, the "Interim Financial Statements") for the period-ended June 30, 2017, on September 5, 2017. Furthermore, the cease trade order issued by the Ontario Securities Commission has been revoked, and the Company is advised that its common shares will resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the open of markets on Friday, September 8, 2017.
