CSE: 2017-0819 - Consolidation - Petrocapita Income Trust (PCE.UN)
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/30/17 -- Petrocapita Income Trust has announced a consolidation of its Common Trust Units on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation Common Trust Unit for each one hundred (100) existing Common Trust Units. No fractional Common Trust Units will be issued and any fractional units will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.
As a result, the outstanding Common Trust Units of the company will be reduced to approximately 11,097,320.
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on August 31, 2017.
The name and symbol will not change.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on August 30, 2017. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
