Explor Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - ROUYN-NORANDA, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 08/21/17 -- Explor Resources Inc. ("Explor" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: EXS)(OTCQB: EXSFF)(FRANKFURT: E1H1)(BERLIN: E1H1) announces today that it has granted an aggregate of 4,900,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the Corporation pursuant to its stock option plan. These stock options will allow to acquire shares of the Corporation at a price of $0.08 per share and will expire on August 21, 2022.
