Integrated Device Technology Appoints Ken Kannappan as Chairman of the Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/21/17 -- Integrated Device Technology, Inc. () (NASDAQ: IDTI) today announced that, effective August 18, 2017, Ken Kannappan was appointed to the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Kannappan has served on IDT''s Board since January 2015, after previously serving in the role of IDT Board Chairman from 2000 to 2008.

Ken has extensive leadership experience as the former president and CEO of Plantronics, and a distinguished career prior to that. John Schofield, who has elected not to stand for re-election to the Board at IDT''s next annual meeting in order to pursue retirement, has resigned as Chairman in anticipation of his upcoming retirement. Mr. Schofield will continue to serve on IDT''s board until the annual meeting in September 2017.
