Terraco Gold Corp. Announces Approval for Extension of Warrant Expiry Date
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/28/17 -- Terraco Gold Corp. ("Terraco" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TEN) announces that further to its news release of July 18, 2017, the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") has approved the Company''s application to extend the expiry date of the 4,420,698 common share purchase warrants ("Warrants") in accordance with TSX-V Policy 4.1. The term of the Warrants has been extended to expire on July 31, 2019. All other terms of the Warrants remain the same.
