Colt Resources Discloses Class Action Filing

("Colt" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: GTP)(FRANKFURT: P01)(OTC PINK: COLTF) announces that a Statement of Claim dated July 14, 2017 has been filed with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against the Company and its former CEO and CFO regarding a proposed class action lawsuit. The Statement of Claim seeks permission of the Court to commence a class action proceeding for alleged misrepresentations in the Company''s public disclosure in 2016 and other matters.
The Company intends to vigorously defend the claim.
