Purepoint Uranium Issues Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/13/17 -- Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. (the "Company" or "Purepoint") (TSX VENTURE: PTU) today approved the issuance of a total of 3,250,000 options to its Board of Directors, management and certain staff members pursuant to the Company''s stock option plan. The options vest immediately, are exercisable at a price of $0.065 per common share and expire on a date that is five years from the date of grant.
