SustainCo Inc. Announces Closing of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/14/17 -- SustainCo Inc. (the "Company" or "SustainCo") (TSX VENTURE: SMS) announces that it has completed the previously announced private placement offering (the "Offering") for aggregate gross proceeds of $950,000, issuing an aggregate of 6,333,333 common shares at a price of $0.15 per share, to an insider of the Company. The Company received the approval of disinterested shareholders in respect of the Offering. The proceeds of the Offering will be used to help secure a surety facility and general working capital. The common shares issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a four month hold.
