(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/07/17 -- Dundee Energy Limited (TSX: DEN) ("Dundee Energy" or the "Company") announced today that Harold (Sonny) Gordon has resigned as a director of the Company effective today. The board of directors of Dundee Energy would like to thank Mr. Gordon for his contributions to the Company. Garth A.C. MacRae will replace Mr. Gordon as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
