ARTLAB MUNICH The chance of success for upcoming artists
The art gallery Galerie Benjamin Eck II starts its new exhibition project ARTLAB MUNICH.
(firmenpresse) - On the 30th of June, the first ARTLAB MUNICH will take place in the new gallery Benjamin Eck II presenting about twenty artworks of twenty different new artists and creative minds.
For one day, gallery Benjamin Eck II turns into ARTLAB MUNICH and opens its doors to all visitors, art enthusiasts and collectors to present a collective show of new artists and their artworks. The project ARTLAB MUNICH enables young artists to integrate themselves into the art market and to find their way into the professional art gallery.
The ARTLAB project is a series of different art exhibitions, which takes place on several dates during the year, always including different new artists and artworks.
At each event the most promising artist will be selected by the gallery team and a guest curator to take part in a group exhibition, at the end of the year, surrounded by all the other nominated artists of the past ARTLAB''S. At this annual exhibition, one artist will be chosen who gains the chance to get an official exhibition at the gallery Benjamin Eck.
In each case, the dates of the following ARTLABS will be announced at the end of the current ARTLAB. Simultaneously the next application procedure begins.
Benjamin Eck, the gallery owner and initiator of ARTLAB MUNICH describes the project as „fresh innovation, which brings the spirit of young, extraordinary and inspiringly different art – no matter what kind – into the gallery“. The aim is to present a complex spectrum of the most promising young artists at the time and to pave thus the way into the art gallery.
