Embedded PC for mobile applications
The embedded PC IVS-300 from ICP Deutschland is designed for mobile applications and as automation controller. It is equipped with multiple, interfaces such as PoE LAN and wireless communication. Adfitionally it comes along with robust and compact design. It is available either with a Bay Trail or a Skylake CPU.
(firmenpresse) - In the field of mobile vehicle operation, compact and robust embedded PCs are predominately used. Additional features are multiple interfaces and wireless communication. The embedded PC IVS-300 from ICP Deutschland combines all these features in one. The compact design of only 255x185x80mm offers space for two RS-232, one CAN-Bus/OBD-II, one VGA, one HDMI, one isolated digital I/O and one RS-422/485 interface as well as four Gigabit PoE LAN (15,4W per port). The latter enable the connection of up to four PoE devices such as IP cameras that can be used for video surveillance. The two “hot-swappable” 2.5” SATA 6 Gb/s SSD drive bays can be used for the expansion of storage capacity. Owing to the flexible input voltage between 9VDc~36VDC, the operating temperature range from -20°C to +60°C, the E-Mark as well as the MIL-STD-810F certification the IVS-300 is eligible for mobile applications. The wireless communication is enabled via an optional 3G kit per dual SIM and a Wi-Fi kit. Both modules are available with or without Bluetooth function. In this way, WLAN and WWAN ranges can be covered as needed. Due to the integrated GPS a real-time location of vehicles is possible at any time. The passively cooled IVS-300 is available with an Intel® Celeron® Quad-Core 2.0GHz of the ULT series or a CoreTM i5 Dual-Core 2.4GHz processor that only has max. 15W TDP. On request, ICP delivers this embedded PC also with memory, mass storage and Windows® operating system as completely pre-installed Ready-to-Use system.
