Parties Sign Cross-License to Each Other's Patents

(Finjan Mobile) has entered into a partnership agreement with Avira, Inc. Avira will provide its Virtual Private Network (VPN) Platform for distribution and sale by Finjan Mobile as part of its VitalSecurity™ suite of product offerings. The companies also entered into a confidential cross-license under their respective patents.
