At China Print, Baumüller will present complete solution packages and industry-specific components
(PresseBox) - From May 09-13, 2017, China Print will attract many visitors to Beijing as the leading specialized trade fair for printing technology in Asia. As a drive and automation specialist, Baumüller will present its offer for the graphic industry in hall E1 at stand 145. Printing machine builders and machine operators are served equally, from simple components to complete packages with engineering, software creation and switch cabinet wiring to service and retrofit concepts.
Precision and individual customizations are among the most important requirements in the printing industry. At China print, industry experts from Baumüller will provide information about tailor-made drive concepts for customer-specific machines and systems. Baumüller is the leader in drive systems for printing presses and paper machines, from sheet-fed printing to label printing to newspaper printing. The company isn''t just active in the actual ?printing? process, but also in the pre-processing and post-processing steps.
Converters for higher dynamics and enhanced safety
With its converters, Baumüller provides important advantages to its customers: from cost savings to higher dynamics to enhanced safety. Together the converter series of the b maXX family cover a broad output range from 1 to 315 kW. The b maXX 5000 family comprises both stackable devices as well as powerful mono units. With optional safety packs, all devices in this series can be easily adapted to meet your individual safety needs. The converters b maXX 5000 and b maXX 3000 will be on display at China Print.
Baumüller has also developed a powerful package for control and visualization. The new HMIs, which include both Windows and Linux-based devices, will be offered in three versions and with display sizes from 4.3 to 15.6 inches. Equipped with LCD and LED-backlit TFTs with 16 million colors and touchscreens, this device series includes models that are ideal for any application. The scalable and flexibly expandable PCC04 offers a large number of interfaces and supplements the HMIs to provide the optimal solution for the control and visualization of printing machines.
With one of the broadest offerings of motors on the market, Baumüller also offers efficient and scalable servo motors, main drives and high-torque motors in numerous versions and sizes.
Expertise and service near the customer
Baumüller has already accompanied the development of the graphic industry for many decades and therefore has reliable process expertise beyond the components. This expertise is incorporated into the consultation, project planning and creation of software packages. Mechanical engineers can greatly shorten their time-to-market with the pre-programmed modules and practical tools, such as the engineering framework ProMaster.
Baumüller Automation Equipment Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the Chinese representative of Baumüller, offers sales and service for all Baumüller products and is represented in Shanghai with its own spare parts warehouse.
