MP-Network GmbH implemented RIMS at the five AHORN Hotels&Resorts in Germany and enables the improvement of their guest communication via email
(PresseBox) - Since being recognized on a market that offers a wide choice to potential guests is getting increasingly difficult for hotels, it is becoming more and more essential to them to invest in their customer relations.
For this reason, the five AHORN Hotels & Resorts in Germany put their trust in RIMS, the Reservation Information Management System by MP-Network, to improve their email guest communication.
