RAILTEC B DIN rail enclosures - versions with larger installation compartments
The RAILTEC B enclosure range by OKW has now been extended by new variants for applications requiring larger installation compartments.
(firmenpresse) - Different connection levels, high and low, allow the highly individual assembly of components in the plastic enclosures. The 3 new versions in the widths of 2, 4, 6 and 9 modules integrate seamlessly into the comprehensive range of enclosures.
The RAILTEC B has a locking clip preassembled in the bottom part, suitable for DIN EN 60715 TH35 rails. Alternatively, direct wall mounting is also possible. The top parts are made of the material PC (UL 94 V-0) in light grey (RAL 7035), the bottom parts are made of PPO (UL 94 V-0) in black. The DIN rail enclosure is fully insulated and safe to touch in accordance with VBG 4 as well as IEC 529/DIN VDE 0470-1. The smallest dimensions of the new versions (W x H x D) are 35 x 86 x 58mm (2 modules), the largest version has the dimensions 157 x 86 x 58mm (9 modules) with protection class < IP 40. The RAILTEC B range is flexible in its assembly capability, for the position of the printed circuit boards can be adjusted in any of the three dimensions. The bottom part contains fastening pillars, the top part guides. Terminal blocks, plug headers and transparent covers are available as accessories to allow the enclosures to be equipped individually.
The RAILTEC B is ideal for universal use as an installation enclosure, in accordance with the specifications of the machinery industry. Other possible applications are in building and safety technology as well as in measuring and control technology. To modify the enclosures according to customers'' requirements, finishing and processing technologies are available in the in-house Service Center, for example mechanical processing, lacquering or printing.
