Valterra Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/27/17 -- Valterra Resource Corporation ("Valterra") (TSX VENTURE: VQA)(OTCQB: VRSCF) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants to purchase an aggregate 4,200,000 common shares. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.05 per share for a period of five years and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
