Z-Wave Europe presents new Popp Keypad at CeBIT 2017

(firmenpresse) - Hohenstein-Ernstthal/Hanover, 21/03/2017 – Z-Wave Europe, the leading European Value Added Distributor for Z-Wave based wireless home automation, presents the new Popp Keypad for smart home access control at CeBIT show.
One of the Z-Wave product highlights is a high-quality keypad for intelligent access control and door control within the intelligent home. The device was developed by the smart home pioneer Popp. At first glance it attracts attention due to its high-quality aluminum housing.
The Z-Wave Keypad is made for access control and allows to open door locks and activate or deactivate alarm systems via PIN code. A call button is integrated into the key panel directly. Besides, the Keypad has a color status LED and enables an acoustical feedback.
With the Keypad, Popp emphasizes its innovative power again. Up to now there are no other comparable Z-Wave devices in the market.
The market launch for the Popp keypad is expected for Q3 2017 with a recommended retail price (RRP) of 200 EUR.
Additional to the Popp Keypad, Z-Wave Europe displays a range of other smart home products with the manufacturer independent Z-Wave wireless technology.
The Z-Wave Europe CeBIT booth includes a partner presentation together with the brands Fibaro, Popp and Schwaiger Home4You. It is located in hall 14 (Planet Reseller/ Product area Smart Building) at the floor space H66-51 under the roof of the „International Communication Park“ (ICP(at)CeBIT).

Z-Wave® technology is an open internationally recognized ITU standard (G.9959) and the international standard for wireless communication in so-called smart homes. Smart Home means intelligent automation of various functions within buildings and adjacent outdoor facilities.
