Cornerstone OnDemand to Present at HR Tech World in London

Cornerstone (stand no. 402) is a Diamond Sponsor of the show, as well as the official sponsor of disruptHR, HR Tech World’s startup showcase. Jason Corsello, senior vice president of strategy and corporate development for Cornerstone OnDemand, will be among the disruptHR hosts during the show and a judge on the panel that will select the top five startups competing in the on-site disruptHR competition.

In this session, Matthieu Durif, solutions consulting director at Cornerstone, will explain how attendees can implement a talent strategy around real-time appraisals; how it can increase employee engagement, motivation and productivity; and how to leverage data and use predictive analytics to gain recommendations to better develop a company’s people.
The product demo will take place on 21 March from 10:45-11:05 in room 4, level 3.
Driving Development and Aligning Talent Within a Digital Business of the Future: The Shop Direct Journey
Sue Mace, head of talent development at Shop Direct, will discuss the digital transformation of the retailer’s learning and talent management processes. Sue will explain how the organisation partnered with Cornerstone to implement a single platform to incorporate all development and talent requirements in just nine months.
The session will take place on 21 March from 14:55-15:15 in room 13, level 3.
